The Concierge is available 6:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. daily in the Main Lobby of the hotel. The Concierge is available for assistance with dinner reservations; tickets for the theatre, opera, symphony or other major attractions; directions to sites in San Francisco and throughout Northern California; or any other request that will ensure a pleasant and enjoyable visit.

Express Check-Out

Guests may verify their account and check-out directly through the television in the guest rooms. A receipt will be mailed out to the address provided by the guest at the time of reservation or check-in.

Pet Policy

Pets under 20 pounds are permitted in the hotel. The animal must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome and exempt of restrictions.
