Home to local Bahamian and celebrity chef-driven restaurants, Atlantis encourages culinary exploration and a delectable dining experience for all guests.

Frezca

Casual, carefree dining meets fresh, healthy flavors at this new poolside dining destination that’s the perfect spot to soak in views and salt air while enjoying breakfast, lunch, or afternoon drinks. Located near The Cove pool, Frezca specializes in light, healthy coastal cuisine inspired by local ingredients and global influences.

Paranza by Michael White

Paranza, an exciting new restaurant at The Cove by Chef Michael White, is a love letter to Italy that offers an elevated and innovative expression of Italian regional cuisine with a passionate focus on seafood. Inspired by the ingredients and traditions of Italian coastal cuisine, Paranza provides the very best of Italy brought to life by Chef White’s creative flair and the vast possibilities of the ocean.

Perch

Perch offers a new take on sunrise dining in a relaxed, welcoming location, with innovative menus serving market fresh ingredients. Located at The Cove serving daily breakfast.

Sea Glass
