Our legendary Café Condi at Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten is known as one of the best cafés in Hamburg. Here you can enjoy the delicacies of the Hanseatic city overlooking the Inner Alster Lake. Both locals and hotel guests appreciate the unique atmosphere and have breakfast at Condi's.

Condi Lounge

Our bistro combines modern architecture with the elegance of Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. Warm wooden tones and wonderful views of the Inner Alster invite you in to enjoy some sweet and savoury delicacies. On summer days, you can enjoy your coffee and the tempting Swiss Sprüngli pralines on our sun terrace, directly adjacent to the lounge.

Our offerings range from a variety of coffee specialties to freshly prepared bagels, sandwiches and paninis, freshly baked croissants and salads. Delicious cake creations are served from our in-house patisserie.

Deck 4

Situated directly on the Inner Alster Lake, with a breathtaking view of the Hamburg city center, we welcome you to DECK 4. Just in time for the warmer season, our spacious summer terrace reopens under its new name. The interior, in classic blue and white, combined with elegant wooden furniture, creates a stylish atmosphere right by the water with a breathtaking view of the Alster Fountain and the heart of the city. Experience unforgettable summer moments in a relaxed, Hanseatic atmosphere. We look forward to welcoming you for a leisurely break by the Inner Alster Lake between May and October. Here, Hamburg presents itself at its most beautiful – a peaceful oasis in the midst of the urban city center.

Jahreszeiten Bar

The best bar stories of the Hanseatic city and a moment to reflect at the same time - next to the entrance to the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten is the smallest bar in Hamburg, which stretches over two floors with views over the Inner Alster. For many guests, the perfect evening either begins or ends here.

Our beverage manager Enrico Wilhelm doesn’t just mix traditional cocktails but also serves an upscale selection of 70 types of whiskey and 25 different types of gin. Your gaze wanders from the exciting cocktails to the majestically curved counters to the original Rolls-Royce leather seats. The cabinet in the gallery is where some of the rarest types of malt in the world are stored – which of course can be ordered. As in some other parts of the hotel, a wooden pineapple symbolizes the passion of the host.  

Jahreszeiten Grill

The Jahreszeiten Grill is regarded as one of the most beautiful restaurants in Germany. No imitations, no plagiarism - here you dine in the original historical ambiance of the Art Déco style of the twenties. Apart from the classic grilled dishes, the restaurant offers an outstanding selection of fresh fish as well as traditional cuisine and light Hanseatic classics.

NIKKEI NINE

In the age of global proximity country-specific dishes and cooking techniques melt with unusual ingredients from other countries and regions. This interplay of contrasts is especially exciting when whole continents are connected in a culinary way: the so called NIKKEI CUISINE represents Japanese cuisine with a Peruvian influence originated from the kitchens of Japanese immigrants in South America – predominantly in Peru and Brazil. Using surprising combinations and intense flavors NIKKEI cultivated a style that complements the Japanese fine sense of classically elegant dishes by adding cheerful, hearty Peruvian elements.

Wohnhalle

The Wohnhalle, which is lovingly referred to as Hamburg’s living room, is the heart of the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. Its unique 19th century atmosphere makes it an oasis of calm and relaxation. British-style afternoon tea is served, as well as the traditional club sandwich and delicious cakes: scones, clotted cream and sandwiches, as well as a select variety of different types of tea guarantee a very special experience.
