FROM FARM TO FORK

Set in a hidden garden lit by flickering candle light, Botanica serves natural ‘garden-to-table’ cuisine. Placing an emphasis on natural ingredients, much of our menu is sourced from our Chef’s Garden, bursting with fresh vegetables, fragrant herbs and aromatic spices.

Fanditha

No jacket and tie required here. No shoes either for that matter. This Middle Eastern restaurant serves healthy chargrills, salads and mezze in a chilled ambience with live DJ entertainment, whilst guests laze with toes in the sand on Arabian divans and hammocks.

Hoshi

Inspired by an ancient celestial love story revered in Japan, Hoshi marries traditional Japanese sensibility with modern culinary techniques. Embark on a gastronomic journey and savour top-notch omasake menus - a menu selection entrusted entirely to the chef, prepared with the season's freshest and finest ingredients.
Nibble on and artful collection of maki and nigiri sushi, or fresh sashimi expertly sliced with precision. Be mesmerised by the sublime art of tempura.

An extensive in villa dining menu is available 24 hours a day. Alternatively, a team of chefs is on call for exquisite tailor-made dining in privacy.

Rah Bar

By day, Rah Bar serves delicious salads, wraps, snacks and smoothies to swimmers and sunbathers. By night, it metamorphoses into a sociable club, where the music is live and the Champagne cocktails flow.

Reethi Restaurant

Reethi is the main restaurant of the resort and offers a theatrical experience with spectacular settings, rich colors, and the ever-changing scenery of the sky and ocean.

The dining space is split into three areas: Aqua, Fire and Earth. Menus feature an enticing mélange of favorite dishes from around the world using the finest and freshest ingredients and a cellar housing 18,000 bottles of the world’s greatest wines, this is alfresco, à la carte dining at its best.
