Complementing its interior design that celebrates the glamour of train travel, the beverage concept at Origin Bar centres around a journey of discovery. 18 curated cocktails speak of the spirit of travelling through time, each one focusing on a specific invention or dream of a certain era. These are hand-crafted by a team of young mixologists with a fierce passion for what they do.
Reminisce on birthed dreams with complex, intense and bold flavours from cocktails like Dark Matters and Play Well, where piquancy builds up. See the evolution of a want that became a need, with Call Me A Doctor and a Star was P*rn, highlighting flavours with a zest for life; and marvel over timeless creations through the concoction of Chicle and Happy.
Discover these stories of moments in time on a journey with Origin Bar and raise a toast to the roads travelled and the road paved by Life itself.
Origin Grill
Origin Grill
Conceptualised on a less-is-more philosophy, Origin Grill serves farm-to-table meals made with premium produce, sourced from around the world. The seafood is sustainable and ethically harvested from specially-selected suppliers, while the artisanal meats come from award-winning farms. A must-order is the snow-aged full-blood wagyu beef A4 from Niigata, Japan, which uses a centuries-old aging process to ripen the meat and retain its freshness. These ingredients are then prepared with simple cooking techniques to bring out their freshness and natural flavours.
The restaurant’s design evokes the romance and nostalgia of travelling by train. The table tops are crafted like a chess board, matched with hand-stitched leather Tripolina chairs and curved rectangular benches made of wood and burgundy leather.
