Named after longtime owner and general manager Stephen W. Royce, The Royce features the finest selection of prime cuts, Australian wagyu, and grass-fed beef, expertly prepared over a wood-fired grill to sear in the maximum flavor and juiciness of each cut.
Enjoy stunning views of the gardens from seats by the glass-enclosed veranda or enjoy private dining in one of our two enclosed wine rooms.
The Royce Wood-Fired Steakhouse is open for dinner Tuesday through Thursday evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
