Camellias

As colorful as its namesake flower, Camellias is Charleston’s premier Champagne Bar, featuring an extensive collection of bottle and by-the-glass offerings paired with a decadent selection of caviar, ceviche and tartare. Additionally, Camellias offers a champagne-inspired cocktail program and a collection of delectable desserts, including the signature Camellias Cake, and afternoon tea.

The bar’s stunning pink hue reflects a piece of Charleston history: marble that once clad the library building where Hotel Bennett stands. The marble was reclaimed, restored and now graces the bar and tabletops. The egg-shaped room design was inspired by the famous Faberge jewel boxes and features four pieces of art which depict the Camellia flower. Reflective finishes, including an etched-mirror ceiling and beautiful strings of crystal cascading from the chandelier, add both shimmer and style to the atmosphere.

Fiat Lux

Our Fiat Lux provides some of the most spectacular rooftop views of Charleston and the city’s only poolside cabana experience. Open throughout the day, guests may enjoy an extensive list of vodkas, local beer and a Mediterranean-inspired dining menu. The expansive terrace offers the opportunity to spot Charleston’s many storied landmarks. By day, Fiat Lux's private poolside cabanas are available for hotel and spa guests and feature luxurious day beds and private televisions. In the evening, the stunning space opens to all, offering pool access and bottle service.

Gabrielle

Gabrielle marries Old-World allure with the character of the South within an elegant and inviting atmosphere overlooking Charleston's historic Marion Square. Drawing from his culinary background working extensively in both Europe and New Orleans, Executive Chef Michael Sichel has developed a menu that is inspired by the bounty of Coastal Carolina.

Featuring the city's finest outdoor dining terrace, the refined and lively restaurant is classically Charlestonian, serving guests daily with quintessential hospitality, warmth and grace. Arched floor-to-ceiling windows ascend over the restaurant's exquisite bar, serving craft cocktails, shimmering oysters, Belgian frites and more. Beyond, the enchanting two-story dining room delivers intimate spaces, fine wines and premium cuts of steaks and sustainable seafood – creating an experience exclusive to The Holy City.

La Pâtisserie

La Pâtisserie serves the Holy City’s finest breads and pastries. Whether guests choose to dine in or are on-the-go, renowned French Pastry Chef Remy Funfrock ensures both authenticity and freshness. La Pâtisserie opens early, offering sweet and savory pastries, alongside a full coffee bar. Throughout the day, it presents a selection of sandwiches crafted with artisanal bread, prepared sides and sweet delicacies, like macarons and éclairs. And, of course, it is the only place to go for a slice of the famed Camellias cake.
