Discover steak with a touch of ceremony at The Astor Grill. Immerse in a medley of quality cuts from premium suppliers sourced for their exceptional eminence, prepared over a custom-built parrilla grill. The Astor Grill is inspired by original chophouses set in early century New York, where the first St. Regis was founded. The Astor Grill’s journey includes the rich heritage of St. Regis telling of the traditions and rituals peppered along the dining experience.

Set against the backdrop of a luxurious grandeur with chandeliers, illuminated by glass-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sparkling pool and lush greenery, the steakhouse exudes opulence and elegance.

During your afternoon in this cozy nook of our majestic lobby, you will be dazzled by an excellent selection of delicate finger sandwiches, deluxe canapés and sinful pâtisseries presented on specially designed stands. Select from the finest tea menu in town, from the traditional Royal English and rich Assam tea to the energizing Lemon Verbena and creamy Elderflower blend, more than 25 loose tea leaves from around the world are available at The Drawing Room.

As we serve on rich elegant fine china and glassware, let time come to a standstill as you sink comfortably into luxurious sofas and armchairs while savouring the finest coffee and vintage Champagnes to be enjoyed in our warm and classic Chinoiserie setting. A full beverage menu and snacks are also offered throughout the day.
