Day 1 St. Moritz
Arrive in St. Moritz by train from any Swiss border or airport and enjoy a day at your leisure to explore this beautiful town. St. Moritz lies on the south side of the Alps, in the Engadine Valley. Day 2 St. Moritz, Zermatt
Today you board one of the most famous trains in the world, the Glacier Express, for a panoramic trip through the Alps in the heart of Switzerland. You are beginning an 8 hour railway journey across 291 bridges, through 91 tunnels and across the Oberalp Pass at 6,670 feet in altitude. The Glacier Express travels a beautiful route between the sights of the Graubünden holiday region, central Switzerland, the sunny Valais region with its glacier landscape, and the beautiful regions of the South.
